App: BioResilience

By using BioResilience, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
BioResilience provides audio, mindfulness, focus, and digital well-being features. The app is not medical advice, psychological treatment, emergency assistance, or a substitute for professional care.
BioResilience may offer optional premium subscriptions, including monthly and annual plans. Premium access may unlock additional audio content, well-being experiences, and app features.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID account after purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID account settings.
Some content may be available for free, while other content may require an active premium subscription. We may update, add, remove, or modify content and features over time.
If BioResilience provides focus or restriction features using Apple's Family Controls or Screen Time APIs, these features depend on user authorization and Apple system permissions. Users are responsible for enabling, managing, or disabling these permissions through the app or system settings.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass system permissions, reverse engineer the app, use the app for unlawful purposes, or use it to control another person's device without proper authorization.
BioResilience is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific results, or that the app will meet every user's individual needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioResilience and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
