App: BioResilience

BioResilience is a well-being and focus app designed to provide audio experiences, mindfulness content, and user-controlled digital wellness features.
BioResilience does not require users to create an account to access the basic app experience.
The app may process information locally on the user's device to provide app functionality, including preferences, selected content, subscription status, focus settings, and user-authorized Screen Time or Family Controls interactions when applicable.
BioResilience offers optional premium subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment information are handled by Apple. BioResilience does not collect or store users' credit card or payment details.
If the user enables features based on Apple's Family Controls, DeviceActivity, ManagedSettings, or related Screen Time APIs, BioResilience uses those permissions only to provide user-authorized focus, restriction, or device wellness functionality.
BioResilience does not use these features for hidden monitoring, unauthorized surveillance, or control without user consent.
BioResilience may receive limited diagnostic or performance information provided by Apple or the operating system, such as crash reports or usage diagnostics, when users have enabled sharing of such data with developers through Apple settings.
BioResilience does not sell personal data. BioResilience does not share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
Information stored locally on the device remains on the user's device unless removed by the user, reset through app settings, or deleted when the app is uninstalled.
BioResilience is intended for general well-being, focus, and digital wellness use. When Family Controls or Screen Time permissions are used, they are handled through Apple's authorization mechanisms and user-controlled system permissions.
